Nomads head west to take on Aber

Tomorrow afternoon will see The Nomads head to west Wales to take on fourth placed Aberystwyth Town in the Welsh Premier League.

The teams met on four occasions last season with Aber coming out on top over the season, despite finishing below The Nomads in the final league standings.

The last of the four clashes last season saw The Nomads leave Park Avenue with a point after the game ended 1-1 after two first half goals.

Aberystwyth have started the season well with wins against Rhyl, Afan Lido and Prestatyn, while a late rally saw them nick a last minute 2-2 draw against the team who put four past The Nomads last Friday, TNS.

Ahead of the game, Director of Football Mark McGregor said "Aber are in a great run of form at present and they were a bit of bogey team for us last season, but all the lads want to put that right and have been in great spirits this week - they are ready for a big performance."
