Connah's Quay Nomads can today confirm the departure of club stalwart, Danny Harrison.

Harrison joined The Nomads in January 2015, making his debut in a 1-0 victory over Bala Town at Maes Tegid. Harrison went on to make 189 competitive starts for The Nomads with an additional 14 appearances from the bench, placing him seventh on The Nomads' all-time starts list.

Harrison found the net just once in his time at Deeside with a winning strike at Newtown in February 2019.

During his time at the club, Harrison won the Europa League Playoffs, the JD Cymru Premier on two occasions, the JD Welsh Cup, the Nathaniel MG Cup as well as picking up runners up medals in both the JD Welsh Cup and Scottish Challenge Cup.

Harrison's last appearance for the club came in the 2-2 draw against Armenian Champions, Alashkert, before being an unused sub in the recent 4-2 victory over Prishtina.

A huge thank you from everyone at the club goes out to Danny for his fantastic dedication since he joined the club in 2015. He has been a part of the most successful period in the club's 75 year history picking up various pieces of silverware and playing important roles in some of the club's most iconic moments.
