• £120.00 has been donated by Gareth Roberts to fund the start-up of the Shop

• Refs wages do not have to be paid only their travel expenses

• No squad numbers yet, Mark McGregor to confirm. This year numbers and player’s names are to be visible on kit shirts

• £1000.00 is paid to club if shown on TV

• There will be 10 only free passes

• No set entrance charges as yet.  It was suggested that juniors over 12 and under 14 should pay £1

• There is a possibility that Paul Parry (DJ) will return to officiate at home matches.  Roma has been in touch with him and promised to give him a copy of home fixtures so he can decide what he can fit into his busy schedule

• A Commercial Manager is urgently required.  Roma requested that Committee pull together to acquire sponsorship for programme advertisements/pitch advertising boards/games/players as she was unable to produce any funding herself last year due to many commitments.  Consequently the programme advertisements were all published without sponsorship.

• Trevor Green paid tribute to the managers Mark McGregor/Jay Catton/Mark Rowlands for their hard work and dedication to the club which resulted in promotion into the Welsh Premier.  Jay commented that 32 from the Academy had been on trials with professional teams of which 9 were signed up.  The Academy is going from strength to strength and now has nearly 200 members.

• Trevor stated that the support our games had was quality support but need more supporters.  Any suggestions would be welcome.  He has supplied a list of forthcoming friendlies which we could build on.
