Field joined The Nomads in August 2016 having briefly spent some time with Bangor City during pre-season having left Stockport County previously. Field is best known in the Welsh Premier League for his time at Airbus where he made 89(+7) appearances for The Wingmakers from 2012 through to 2016. During this time, Field scored 25 goals and was instrumental in Airbus' qualification for the UEFA Europa League. Field originally began his career at Everton before spells at Stalybridge Celtic, Vauxhall Motors and AFC Telford.
Field made his debut for The Nomads against Bangor City in a 2-0 victory and went on to make 13 starts, scoring on three occasions in the 2016-17 campaign before leaving the Club in May 2017.
