Owen is a product of The Nomads Academy having captained The Nomads' U19 side to the JD Cymru Premier Development North League in 2020.
Owen made his Nomads debut in the UEFA Champions' League on his 18th birthday as he came on as a late substitute against Armenian team Alashkert.
Owen has enjoyed loan spells at Aberystwyth Town and Colwyn Bay where he has gained valuable experience in the JD Cymru Premier.
