The Airfield, Broughton

Connah's Quay Nomads will end 2019 with a derby against local rivals Airbus on Monday night.

It's a fast turnaround from our last fixture against the same opposition following our 2-1 victory over The Wingmakers on Boxing Day thanks to goals from Jamie Insall and John Disney. Ex-Nomad Andy Owens did get on the scoresheet for Airbus, but it was too little too late as we secured the 2-1 victory.

The victory saw us stay second in the league, just one point off TNS at the top of the table and two points clear of Bala in third place.

Our last visit to The Airfield
Our most recent trip to Broughton saw a 2-0 victory in the Nathaniel MG Cup back in the 2017/18 campaign where goals from Callum Morris and Michael Wilde saw a much-changed Nomads lineup progress to the next round of the competition.
