Horan heads way into Five-on-Form

Connah's Quay Nomads captain George Horan has been named in this week's Sgorio Five-on-Form team.

Horan scored a bullet header and ably assisted John Danby in keeping yet another clean sheet for The Nomads in their 1-0 victory over Barry Town United this past Sunday.

Horan becomes the fifth Nomads player to be named in Sgorio's weekly team of the week after Ryan Wignall, Callum Morris, Michael Wilde and John Danby have all made the team thus far in the campaign.

Andy Morrison commented, saying; "I'm delighted to see George in the Five-on-Form team and also to score the winner on Sunday at Barry. George is a major threat at set plays and hopefully Sunday's winner will be the first of many this season."
