Connah's Quay Nomads are pleased to announce the signing of 21-year-old defender, Priestley Farquharson.

Farquharson joins The Nomads from Bostik League South Central Division side, Hayes and Yeading United, having made over 45 starts for the club over the past three seasons. Having previously played for Bishop's Stortford, Hitchin Town and Billericay Town, Farquharson is the former captain of the Brunel University side and is also an England international for the national beach soccer team having represented the national side at the 2018 Euro Beach Soccer League Superfinal at Alghero, Italy.

Speaking on Priestley's arrival, Manager Andy Morrison said "We're delighted to welcome Priestley to the club - he came highly recommended from our contacts in the London area. After a two week training camp it was a very easy decision to offer him a permanent full time deal."

Farquharson has signed an 18 month full time deal at Deeside and will wear the number 18 shirt. Priestley's match availability will be subject to international clearance and we will update you on this as soon as we are informed.
