Congratulations to Jake Phillips who has today been named in the Wales C squad to face England C at Salford City's Peinsula Stadium on Tuesday 19th March.

Phillips has been in good form since his return to The Nomads following a loan spell at Bangor City and has clearly impressed Wales C Manager Mark 'Jonah' Jones enough to earn a call up to the squad.

Phillips' return to The Nomads squad was felt immediately as he came on as a substitute against Newtown just mere days after his return and set up Michael Wilde's match-winning header to leave Newtown facing their first home defeat of the campaign.

On his call up, Andy Morrison said "Jake has been great since he returned from Bangor and has trained and played well in the few weeks he has been back. I'm delighted for the lad to get picked and it will be a great experience that I am sure he will embrace."

Congratulations Jake!

Fans can pay to watch the game on the night, with admission costing £10 for adults, £5 for concessions (U16 and over 60) with U5s going free.
