The Nomads' U19 development squad is set to go against Swansea City's U19 academy side in the FAW Youth Cup semi final.
It is the second time in three seasons that the U19s have reached this stage of the prestigious competition. The semi final will be a repeat of the 2016 final, where a U19s squad including now Denbigh captain Ben Nash and Brickfield Rangers' Chris Boyes.
On that occasion Swansea ran out 5-0 winners to continue their domination of the competition, which they have won every year since 2010.
Coupled with a competitive season in the Welsh Premier Development North, Daniel Reece's side have enjoyed a high-scoring route to the semis with a 12-0 defeat of Newtown AFC in the second round and putting 11 past Caernarfon Town in round three.
On Sunday the side booked their place in the semi finals at Carmarthen, where after going 1-0 down early on, goals from Jacob Barratt, Dom McHugh, Dan Roberts and Connor Courtnell sealed a 4-1 victory.
The semi final will no doubt be a challenge for the young Nomads side, who will look to shock the Swans on March 18 at a neutral venue which will be announced in due course.
