JAMIE PETRIE



Petrie originally signed for The Nomads from Congleton Town the in summer of 2007, but left in the December to join Knutsford. Jamie returned to us in July 2009 and was an out-and-out traditional winger who could play on either flank as well as occasionally featuring up front.

After outstanding performances throughout The Nomads' second successive Championship season in the Huws Gray Cymru Alliance in the 2011-12 season, Jamie virtually swept the board at The Nomads Awards Presentation evening, receiving the Manager's Player of the Season, Supporter's Player of the Season and the Player's Player of the Season.

During his spells at Deeside, Petrie made over 130 appearances for the Club, netting 30 goals in the process. Petrie left The Nomads in May 2013 to join Bangor City, however broke his leg during his time at Bangor and joined Flint Town United in August 2015.
