Returned to the club from Flint Town United during the close season, having moved to Cae-y-Castell in September 1994. Originally, Phil made his Nomads debut against Afan Lido in the inaugural League of Wales fixture in August 1992 and has since won representative honours with the North Wales Coast XI.
