Tyler signs new deal at Nomads

Connah's Quay Nomads are pleased to confirm that Tyler Berry has signed a new one year contract extension ahead of the 2025/26 season.

19-year-old Tyler broke into the first team last season, making his debut in the Nathaniel MG Cup tie against Buckley Town as a second half substitute in which he scored a late breakaway goal.

Tyler would go on to make a total of four starts and 15 substitute appearances last season, scoring five goals in total.

On extending Tyler's stay at the club, Manager John Disney commented; "Bringing players through our academy and scholarship system is something that the club has looked at for a number of years now - Tyler made a real impact when he broke in to the first team last pre-season and for Tyler to make 19 first team appearances last year is credit to himself and the scholarship programme.

We are hoping for another successful season for Tyler and hopeful for even more of an impact."
