Nomads Extend Trio’s Contracts

Connah’s Quay Nomads are delight to confirm contract extensions for the trio of Marco Fregapane, Callum West and Max Woodcock.

The club has exercised our option to extend the player’s existing contracts following impressive performances from all three players so far this season with West and Fregapane joining in the summer with Max Woodcock having joined the club last season.

The trio all benefit from being a part of the club’s Hybrid Model, taking on extra training sessions under the tutelage of Jack Disney whilst also taking part in all of the standard first team training sessions.

First Team Manager John Disney commented; “All three of the players have played a big part in where we sit in the table so far this season, and will also feature heavily in the remainder of the games in Phase Two.  They are all individually developing each and every week, Max and Marco started the season extremely well and although Callum came with a slight injury from his previous club which we managed through preseason he has now managed to showcase to everyone what he is about.

The players all feel this is the perfect club for them to keep developing at and with a number of our players receiving interest from other clubs in recent week, they are all are hungry to finish the season strong and with those three now confirmed for next season it takes us to nine players already signed so the backing shown from the club has been fantastic and everyone is focussed with the second half of the season as well as the next few seasons as the league dynamic changes.”
