Connah's Quay Nomads are delighted to announce the signing of ex-Nomads Academy player, Jordan Davies.

25-year-old Davies joins The Nomads having last played for King's Lynn Town in the National League whilst having previous experience at Telford United and also in the Welsh pyramid at Prestatyn Town.

For those who made the trip to Bastion Gardens back in September 2015 for The Nomads Welsh League Cup clash with Prestatyn, you may remember Davies scoring a stunning strike just before the stroke of half time.

Davies is a Wales international Futsal player having played in both FIFA World Cup Qualifiers and UEFA Futsal Euro Qualifiers.

He returns to Connah's Quay Nomads having played for our first ever Scholarship team that won the Welsh Schools FA U19 Cup in 2015 with a victory over Treorchy in the final at Park Hall.

On Davies' signing, Andy Morrison commented;
"Jordan is someone who has been mentioned to me a few times over the last 3-4 years and it just hasn't worked, but he's come in and he's shown a great commitment and worked incredibly hard and pleasantly surprised me with his quality, his pace, his power and his football brain so I'm really, really pleased and excited to have him on board because we knew he was a good player but I think he's going to bring a lot to the football club."

Davies will wear the number 11 shirt and will be available for selection pending international clearance.
