Connah's Quay Nomads are delighted to announce the signing of 22-year-old attacking midfielder, Harry Franklin.
Franklin is known to Welsh football fans for his time at Aberystwyth Town over the past 18 months where he has impressed on numerous occasions scoring eight goals in 34 games.
Born in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, Harry spent the majority of his youth at Hereford which included a loan spell at Merthyr Town before joining Reddith United for a season and a half and then joined Evesham United in October 2019. Franklin impressed during his time at Evesham and signed for Aberystwyth in February 2021.
On Franklin's arrival, Craig Harrison commented; "Harry has been a player that has really impressed me this past season, so much so that we actually tried to sign him in the January window, but Aberystwyth point blank turned us down.
Harry has great energy and athleticism, has good technical ability and can play in 3-4 positions. He is a great age to work with and I'm sure he has more to show.
I'm really looking forward to working with Harry."
