An impressive product of The Nomads Academy, Josh has been with the club since he was in the U8s age group and has progressed through the ranks right through to the first team.

Josh stood out for the Academy during the 2022 season in which the U21 team won the JD Cymru Premier Development North title, narrowly missing on the national title in the final on penalties.

Josh would be named as captain for the Welsh Schools team in 2022 as they would go on to win the Centenary Shield for the first time in over 40 years, with Williams bagging a hat-trick against England en route to the win.

Josh would also be a part of The Nomads team that won the JD Welsh Cup in 2024, as he scored a spectacular winning goal which was voted as the Goal of the Month for April by Sgorio.
