A goal from captain and leading scorer Liam Loughlin ended Nomads' four-game losing sequence as they battled to a point at Aberystwyth.

Weakened by the absence of injured centre-half Christian Edwards and with Bari Morgan playing under the influence of a virus, the Seasiders took an early lead on 14 minutes when veteran midfielder Colin Reynolds converted from a Sion James corner.

But Nomads enjoyed the better of the second half, forcing several good saves from keeper Dave Roberts, and were eventually rewarded seven minutes from time when Loughlin's looping shot from the edge of the box finally defeated Roberts.
