TOMMY Mutton grabbed a well-taken hat-trick as Nomads proved too hot to handle.

He opened his account on 13 minutes and the Cefn Druids' defence was all at sea in the 38th minute when Ben Heath broke from midfield before firing past home keeper Mackin.

Two goals early in the second half sealed it for Nomads. One minute after the break, Mutton increased the lead and got on the end of another ball over the Druids' defence five minutes later to complete his threesome.

Mackin kept the score to reasonable proportions with some good stops but was unable to prevent veteran sub Stuart Rain completing the romp in injury time.
