The Nomads are pleased to announce that striker Gary O'Toole has been awarded the Corbett Sports Player of the Month award for October.
Gary returned to The Nomads in blistering form in mid September with a double at Aberystwyth, followed by a penalty against Bangor, and he continued this fine form into October taking his goal tally to seven goals with braces at both Carmarthen and Newtown.
Since his return in September, Gary has scored seven goals in seven Welsh Premier League games, bringing his all time record to 14 goals in 32 games in the Welsh Premier League.
Gary was the key marksman in our two successive Huws Gray Alliance Championships however with an outstanding 44 goals in 34 games winning the league's Golden Boot award in both seasons.
Hopefully Gary can continue his goalscoring as The Nomads host Newtown on Friday night, a game which saw The Nomads edge the return fixture earlier this season 3-2 thanks to a brace from Gary and a winner from Paul Mooney.
