The Nomads can announce that the injury sustained by Kevin McIntyre this past weekend is not as bad as first thought.

McIntyre suffered a heavy challenge early on in the FAW Welsh Cup game with Bala Town on Saturday and had to be stretchered off the field, to be replaced by Kieran Gaul.

Initial diagnosis was unclear but following extensive diagnosis over the past couple of days, the Club can confirm that the injury was thankfully just a bad sprain, and it is hoped that McIntyre will only be out of action for 1-2 weeks.

McIntyre joined The Nomads this past summer and has so far made 31 appearances for The Nomads in all competitions and has been one of the most consistent performers in the side this season.
