Belle is a versatile player who can play at either centre back or centre forward due to his athleticism and height. Belle has plenty of Welsh Premier League experience, having scored over 30 goals in 121 appearances with Llanelli, Port Talbot and Carmarthen.

Belle joined The Nomads on loan in March 2015 and despite not scoring in his four games at the end of the 2014-15 season, made a strong impact in The Nomads' attacking third as The Nomads reached the Europa League Play Offs.
