Nomads returned to the top of the Huws Gray Alliance table with a resounding 4-0 victory at a Rhydymwyn side that approached their task from the first whistle with all the demeanour of a team already resigned to their fate.
Indeed, this latest defeat means financially-stricken Rhyd are relegated with three games still to play, whilst a professional Nomads began their final assault on the league title with ease - on a day that saw rivals Rhyl suffer their third defeat in four outings.
