The Nomads are delighted to announce that we are going to be creating a Girls Player Development Centre for our U12’s, U14’s and U16’s teams which will give younger girls the chance to take the next step in their footballing journey.

It will also give the opportunity to work with our Women’s U19’s and Women’s first team players in what is going to be an exciting project. We will be recruiting next year's age groups of U12's, U14's and U16’s and the program will lead into our Women’s U19’s, providing them with football scholarship opportunities with Coleg Cambria, progressing them into the Women’s Team.

The Nomads will therefore be looking for extra coaches to come and help develop younger girls into becoming excellent footballers. If you’re an experienced coach who would like to make a difference to what will be a huge step forward for this project, then this may just be the role for you.

The opportunity to be a part of this amazing project will give aspiring coaches the chance to earn their first football coaching badges. The development centre is a great chance for you to become a role model for younger players who are looking to get into the women’s game.

If you are interested in any of these coaching roles, please email jordan.parry@the-nomads.co.uk

The project will be led by UEFA A License coach, U19’s Scholarship leader and Women's manager Jordan Parry who has taken Connah’s Quay Nomads Women to NEWFA Cup glory, an incredible Genero Adran Trophy run and has also challenged for the Genero Adran North title.

Jordan Parry will be hosting a presentation evening for The Nomads Girls Player Development Centre on Thursday 13th April which will give parents the chance to come on down and learn more about this exciting project. The presentation evening will be held at Deeside Sixth Form inside the lecture hall. A start date for the first day of the development centre will be announced during the presentation evening.
