Connah's Quay Nomads can confirm that goalkeeper Jon Rushton has joined our Deeside neighbours, FC Nomads on a season-long loan.
The announcement was originally made on Friday evening through our official Twitter account, and we can today add a little more information to the statement.

Jon originally signed for The Nomads in 2011 from Manor Athletic and has gone on to make over 90 starts for The Nomads in all competitions including a key couple of games a the conclusion of the 2014-15 season when he stepped in for the injured Jon Danby, saved a penalty and kept two clean sheets in the club's successful Europa League Playoff campaign, culminating in our first ever European qualification.
FC Nomads play in the Welsh National League where they finished 12th last season and are managed by ex-Nomad Steve Hopkins.
