The Nomads are pleased to announce the signing of defender, Sean Smith.
Smith originally played at Deeside in the 2014-15 season, joining on loan from Wrexham in January, making 11 appearances before the end of the season. In his first spell at Deeside, Smith impressed and was close to joining The Nomads at the beginning of the 2015 season, however joined Bala Town instead, then making 32 appearances for The Lakesiders as they qualified for the Europa League.
Smith has been recently trialling for The Nomads, featuring in our pre-season friendlies with Porthmadog and Stockport County, and has impressed enough to earn himself a deal at Deeside Stadium.
The Nomads Manager, Allan Bickerstaff said "Sean has an excellent background and is a great addition to the squad. He is familiar with The Club, and I am sure he will settle back in quickly."
Smith will be available for the start of the Welsh Premier League season and will wear the number 15 shirt.
