Connah's Quay Nomads have finished Phase One of the JD Cymru Premier with a club record points talley of 46 points having lost just two games from the opening 22 games in the competition.

The Nomads started the season with back-to-back draws against Cardiff Met, Caernarfon and Carmarthen before picking up our first victory of the campaign away at Bala Town.

Since then, The Nomads have gone on to record 13 victories and seven draws, losing just two games against Cefn Druids and on Saturday night in the final game of the first phase against TNS.

Despite the defeat, our current record sees us enter Phase Two of the season with 46 points, just four points adrift of TNS at the top of the table and five points clear of Bala Town in third, who lost out to Cefn Druids in their final game of the first phase.

While finishing Phase One with a record points haul, we also finished the phase with the least goals conceded at just 17 having kept eight clean sheets in the 22 games.

Fixtures for Phase Two will officially be published at 1pm on Monday, so make sure you keep your eyes on our social media channels to find out who we will be facing in the second phase of the league campaign.
